ISSEL Log Companion Architecture
The ISSEL Log Companion is a Windows 32 program written
in C and VB for good performance and ease of software updates.
The Log Companion integrates with Marketwave HitList so loading
the processed log files directly into Marketwave HitList.
Log files are processed at a typical rate of more then 100
MB per minute with a regular desktop PC (1GHz). The Log
Companion
puts
minimum requirements on RAM and hard disk.
Currently IIS4, IIS5, IIS 6, NCSA (Apache, Netscape etc.)
and Highwire (Service) log files can be handled by the Log
Companion. ISSEL
is committed to handle any standard log file format so if
your format is not supported right now it can be added on
demand.
